2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe?

I'm planning on buying a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe. I already know it's a fast car with nearly 300hp, but I've heard that you wouldn't be able to put a decent turbo on it because of the compression ratio.. is this true? I'll be fine with it's stock speed but I want to mod the engine a bit. What possibilites are there? If you mention turbo's, please give specific details.
