2011 nissan maxima fully loaded vs infiniti g37 journey?

Which is the better overall car to lease? I want a comfortable ride yet sporty and luxurious. Which car has the better looks inside and out in your opinion? Also if i do decide to go with the max...i like the white with the duel panel sunroof it really makes it pop but my favorite color is the crimson black the only issue is the panaramic roof doesnt really stand out in the exterior...which should i go for?
