Lowering Body Fat Percentage? Getting Lean?
Since January i have been weight training for a minimum of 3 days a week and maximum of 6 days a week and "Bulking up" i have gained about 25-30LBS and lowered my body fat percentage to 15% (it was 24%) since i was overweight it lowered pretty fast i now weigh 195LBS and am 6ft tall during my "Bulk Phase" i also increased my bench press 60LBS and my Squat 115LBS and my incline 30LBS also my Power Clean 50LBS but now that im done bulking im drinking a protien drink everyday along with 2 Mega-t Green Tea pills to enhance my metabolism im now trying to stabilize my diet from between 2300-2700 calories a day and have changed my workout routine to incorporate about 30-45 minutes of cardio along with my weight training, i was wondering if there was anything more i could do to help my body fat percentage go down im trying to get leaner.
