My lover not talk me for 4four months?

my lover not talk me for 4four months. Reason is i lover her very much... i dont know why iam torcher her nu.. but i torcher her.... reason her cousin also lover her. i also love him. she loves me. she never avoid his cousin.. so i torcher.... now she never contact me.... but we daily see in office.. but she never talk me...... is it possible she talk me here after or she marry her cousin or some one and go.............
