Lowering Body Fat Percentage? Getting Lean?

Since January i have been weight training for a minimum of 3 days a week and maximum of 6 days a week and "Bulking up" i have gained about 25-30LBS and lowered my body fat percentage to 15% (it was 24%) since i was overweight it lowered pretty fast i now weigh 195LBS and am 6ft tall during my "Bulk Phase" i also increased my bench press 60LBS and my Squat 115LBS and my incline 30LBS also my Power Clean 50LBS but now that im done bulking im drinking a protien drink everyday along with 2 Mega-t Green Tea pills to enhance my metabolism im now trying to stabilize my diet from between 2300-2700 calories a day and have changed my workout routine to incorporate about 30-45 minutes of cardio along with my weight training, i was wondering if there was anything more i could do to help my body fat percentage go down im trying to get leaner.

My two year old struggles to sleep... "(?

Ever since she was born my two year old has struggled to sleep, as a baby until about 8 months she refused naps throughout the day and would fall asleep about 8pm ish. It never helped that as a baby her dad would let her sleep in our bed and now hes left us thats left me with the during the night toddles through to my bed from her. Shes now 29 months and does sleep throughout the day for about an hour, but my issue is for some reason she is hating going to bed... she cries and cries and screams and gets in and out of bed, i sit next to her bed reading a magazine not talking to her so im there but not interacting, and it will take me a good hour or so to battle her to sleep. ive tried reading a story, leaving her alone, soft music, more light, less light, new bedding, singing to her, simply ignoring her (other than to put her back into bed) and its like she has a pure fear of her bed. She shares her room with her 7month old sister so naturally wakes her up with all the fuss meaning she cries as shes so tired. My eldest is very sensitive, if people leave the house she cries and im not sure if shes started what seems like a fear of bed because she knows im leaving her when shes asleep. It works similar to this; half 7/8 she gets sleepy, take her to bed, after all the screaming and crying its about 9/10 before im back downstairs, shes up between 5/6am. The problem is when i was pregnant with my second i had severe SPD and struggled alone so some nights when i was in so much pain i couldnt take my eldest back to her bed to sleep and she had the luxury of staying in mummys bed. Im not sure whether to cut her nap during the day out which tends to be about 11ish, or to simply force her each night to bed, or to let her fall asleep downstairs with me and then take her up to avoid all the upset... im at a lose end now being alone to figure this out after my ex introduced the bad habits. Shes very very energetic, she wont sit for long at an activity and is very flitty so winding down with colouring probably wouldnt work. My concern for cutting naps is,that when shes not had a nap before she gets stupid tired between 4/5 and she has to sleep sometimes and then wakes up about 6/7 and then its ridiculous the time shes ready for bed. Her little sister is a beautiful little sleeper,but in 29 months shes had three different homes, three different beds so i know it must be hard. Its just gone from her getting tired, me taking her to bed at about 8ish, within 10 minutes shes sound asleep (this wwas only about 3 months ago) to this.... help! Haha. Sorry to ramble on its just im only 20, their dad left us when i was 12 weeks pregnant with my youngest, im studying a uni degree, so i feel like im losing the plot sometimes with how difficult her sleeping is x

Muffler making noise and mechanic didn't fix it?

Tie rod & ball joint replacement, how urgent?

Very little but some play in wheels (when shaking them) when gaging tie rod movement. About a half inch of play. No noise when driving or when moving (shaking) the wheels to see how much play. 94 Infiniti G20. When driving, no shaking or vibrating of the steering wheel. No noise from the wheels (clunking, clicking or however you want to describe it) while driving and turning. I know the best idea is to have them replaced but strapped for cash. I know the ramifications of not changing them (when they are super worn, bad) but they don't seem urgent to me (yet). Looking for opinions from folks that know this stuff. When I last weighed her a year ago she weighed a normal 120 pounds but she also has shot up in height. A year ago she was 5"4 and now she is 5"6. She is 13. I noticed she was putting on a bit of weight but she's going through puppetry!!!! She also has high blood pressure now. I find out and have to tell eachother what's going on, and now the friend I work with wanted to beat my best friend up, but it never happend, long story, and one the reasons why she won't beat my best friend up, is because she has respect for me. I'm not a serious photographer, I just want something to take pictures for simple albums and mostly to show my family what my deployment is like. What should i do about my sprained ankle?

About a month ago i sprained my ankle pretty badly. It had gotten a lot better and doesn't hurt when i run because a week ago i started cheer and we run a mile everyday. We also do jumps. My ankle feels so much better and only hurts a tiny bit when we do kicks, but for some reason its still pretty swollen so i ice it everyday after practice. Is it bad to excersise so much or will it be helpful to strenghen it? Im just not sure since its still swollen. I know its not fractured cause i got an xray a few days after.

okay, so last fall i started to like this guy and we kissed and what not and started talking and hung out a couple times, and then one weekend i drunk texted him and basically annoyed the crap out of him...totally understandable and irresponsible on my half...i apologized, but we basically stopped talking for a long time and occasionally talked, but never for very long...well then every once in awhile he'd text and ask what i was doing on the weekend, i like almost every weekend went out and one of the times he went out too and we ended up kissing again and hung out all night (this is in the spring now)...well after that i didn't really talk to him again all to much just because i figured it was a one time thing that didn't mean anything, well weekends after that we would see each other and say hey and talk a little bit, but not much b/c i'd always be doing my own thing...well then we were talking about a week after that and he asked why we never talk or anything and my response was basically that i didn't know why we didn't and he told me how when he saw me out he wanted to ask to hangout but just didn't get around to it...so i took this as him wanting to hangout, well come that following weekend i had the suburb idea to text him...again, while i had been drinking, not as bad by far as the first time though...i once again apologized for my ill actions and for about two weeks after that i would try to talk to him every so often, but he'd always be busy or what not..partly understandable b/c it was finals...but the only reason i wanted to hangout was just to talk...anyhow...i now don't know exactly what to do..i know what i did was wrong and now we are several hours apart since it's summer, should i just wait and see if he decides to start conversation again?

My aunt says my husband isn't invited?

So my aunts daughter just died in January and she invited us all to come over in July but she specifically said for girl time. Fallout 3 instantly crashes pleeease help!?

On the front end, I appologize for the length. I just really really want to play and I'm frustrated :D Ever since I installed it a week ago fallout 3 has crashed within five minutes of loading my save, and usually it happens almost instantly. It doesn't exactly crash, but the screen suddenly freezes and the music continues to play, not a sound loop. I can't pause, I can't move the mouse, I can't alt-tab, I am forced to ctrl+alt+del and close it with tsk manager. If it means anything, tsk manager says fallout 3 has stopped responding and after that it force closes just because i minimized it. I was JUST lucky enough to make it through the birth scene, but still cant even pick my SPECIAL. I was able to make it out to megaton earlier today, but it still crashed every few minutes, just a little less. For some reason, however, my pipboy disappeared and i had to restart hehe :p anyways it seems to always happen (except for that once earlier today) when i get the bb gun from dad and have to shoot the targets/radroach. my laptop isnt quad core so limiting my pc to 2 is not it, my drivers are up-to-date and i know they can handle it, my laptop isnt hot, i have d3d9.dll, i have disabled desktop composition, i am running fallout as an admin, i have reset control mapping to default, i am not running any mods, dirextx is updated, avg is disabled, i am updated to 1.7, i run windows 7 x64 bit, 2.53 ghz cpu, brand new laptop, fallout new vegas runs perfectly no crashes ever, and codecs are up to date. once gain sorry for length but someone pleeease help!

I feel depressed after everything i do?

for as long as I can remember I've become more or less of a recluse due to anxiety disorders and these days I have realised I wasted my life and I want to get back to normal. 2008 Infiniti G35 is not allowing for smart key to be programmed?

Hi everyone i just bought a Infiniti g35 from the auction for 11,500 the seller said that the only thing wrong with it was that they lost the keys. I had someone who makes the smart key go to my home and try to program it he said that the computer was not allowing him to do it he did not know why he said there may be a burned fuse or something .We checked all the fuse and everything seems fine. Does anyone know what else may be causing this Why cant they program the key ? Am going to get it hooked up to a computer and get it checked out . Hopefully I didnt get robbed. What do you all think

So my periods have never came at an exact day of the month every month so I really don't know when I ovulate my cycle is all over the place.. I always went off the whole 14 days in cycle so about 2 weeks after my period I umed I would b ovulating. But now that I see alot of women saying that they have gotten pregnant having even a day after their period I'm freaking out cus that's my case.. I ended my period the 12th of last month and had unprotected the 13th few days after I was NOT feeling good... I keep burping and feeling super gy I never ever feel sick and sometimes throw up a little in my mouth.. started cramping as if my period is coming but now I don't even know it's ridiculous how much I burp and let out gas and go to the restroom for both number 1 & 2 most days I'm constipated tho I keep getting heart burn and even this feeling of "stomach burn" I guess I'm experiencing acid refluxes.. The reason I think I might be one to ovulate at an odd time is because the only other time I had unprotected was exactly when I "thought" I'd be ovulating an I didn't get pregnant!! && it was perfect timing!! So it's the 10th today and I took already three hpt's few days apart from eachother && it came out negative! If you had to choose between these SUV vehicles which would it be & why?

Very nice. I'd choose the Lexus over the Infiniti. Even though the Infiniti does get better gas mileage, 14/20 compared to 12/18, and it's cheaper, the Lexus just looks better in my opinion. The D pillar on the Infiniti just doesn't follow the lines of the vehicle. It sweeps forward and I rarely prefer that in any vehicle. I'm also not a fan of woodgrain. Some people think woodgrain is a sign of prestige but I don't need that. It's never done anything for me really. I had an 04 Lincoln Navigator with woodgrain and I just don't like it. The Infiniti doesn't look good to me, it never has. It looks awkward, while on the other hand the Lexus looks ordinary. You'll be able to blend in while in traffic, but if someone was really paying attention they'd notice it's a Lexus. The interior of the Lexus also appears to be more functional than the Infiniti's. Overall, I'd pick the Lexus.

Will taking tylenol 3s with codeine help ease withdrawl from oxycodone and oxycontin?

Just wondering.. I have a very close friend in which I live with who has been addicted to oxycodone and oxycontin for about two years now. He is trying to quit the bad habit cold turkey. He had a surgery about two years ago and has been on these things every since.. he is trying to find ideas to help ease his withdrawl symtoms.. he does not want to take suboxone or methadone for various reasons. He was thinking maybe taking some tylenol 3s with codeine to help ease it.. does anyone know if codeine will help him out with these yucky withdrawl symptoms? also is codeine in the same cl as oxycodone but in a much weaker form? Beginner Photographer.....but need the camera first! lol?

I only have $120 right now, but my birthday is in a month and I'm hoping for at least 100 (which my grandmother usually gives. I hate she weaves money around, but I'm going need her help with my beginner's budget) I want a camera that for in the beginning will be used mainly for self portraits or central characters and outside photos (and with no blur and could possibly take pictures of people in motion). How do I get rid of the smell of decomp in my car?

A mouse (we're pretty sure) got into the vent opening behind the battery and apparently died in there. None of us want to use that car - it's smelled horrible for about a month now. Even with the windows and sunroof open. It's worse when the air is running through the vent - the a/c, heater, or just outside air. My husband tried to get to it from both the inside of the car and under the front hood but is unable to access the area. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone dealt with a thing like this before? I'm afraid it will be extremely expensive if we take it to the dealership to have the vents pulled out and cleaned, if they even do that, it would take lots of labor hours. The car is a nice car, a 2004 infiniti M35X - if that would help anyone out there with any knowledge of this type of vehicle. Thanks for any help you can give us.

Ok, so there is just a total ****** at my school, I hate his guts! I've had issues picking on me all year, only a week left, but I wanna stand up for myself. So I think I'm a nice guy, I'm nice, I'm really shy due to bad social anxiety, I have severe depression and this guy is making it worse! So anyway, the guy I despise is named Bryan, maybe Brian, idk. He's definitely the preppy jock kind of guy, I'm the quiet kid who has pretty much no friends. Whenever he sees me he'll ember me somehow or draw attention/make fun of me. He likes to insult me for being a hippyish kind of person, he REALLY likes to make fun of my clothes which aren't even weird, I wear flannel shirts tees and jeans. Ya were different, he usually wears a polo (he likes pink alot oddly) khakis and for some reason tucks his shirt in all the time. But he is SO mean, most free periods he'll walk up to me, and takes advantage of me not being strong, I'm very weak, and he just grabs onto my elbow and won't let me go, and he'll try to socialize, but sarcastically to make me anxious. And if he wasn't so mean I'd like to be his friend, but I'm always too timid to talk, and the fact that we hate eachother. Please help!

I feel depressed after everything i do?

for as long as I can remember I've become more or less of a recluse due to anxiety disorders and these days I have realised I wasted my life and I want to get back to normal. I go to a Christian non-denominational mega-church and I attend a Bible study group from it during the week. My boyfriend goes to a small Reformed Baptist church. He's only visited my church a couple of times, but he always has something negative to say about it. We were dating for 3 years and he dumped me after a lot of urging from his parents to find some one less "messed up". I had been d a few years ago and had suppressed the memory almost completely. He would keep struggling with his parents, trying to convince them there was nothing wrong with me, but to little avail. Eventually, he said we should just take a break, but we didn't. We would have multiple "breakups" ( where we planned to wait until we were graduated) but we would always end up back together within a few days. The last one though, turned out to be real, but I didn't know it. We still flirted and everything. One day I see him sitting next to a friend of mine at lunch. I didn't think much of it until he was always sitting by her. During his last period, I peeked in his locker, and he had taken out my love post-it note. I left a note for him asking if he still wanted to get back together. I ended up having to text him, and he became very nasty. He would say, for days, through paragraphs of texts what a pathetic looser I was. He ended up dumping me for RE ALS reals at midnight. Over text.All alone. The next morning,I am not making any of this up, I had to sit through a church service about all the promises in romantic relationships and their vitality, then right after that, we went in the store to buy brunch and they were playing our song on the radio. Also in store for that day, our cl was planning to go four wheeling at some cabins and spend a few nights up there as a senior party. At the end though, when his parents called to ask where he was, he said he had to go soon. He asked again if we could please be friends, because he didn't want to lose me completely. I could barely even say the words,"probably not". He leaned in to hug me and he kept lingering. Then he kissed me on the cheek again, then turned my head and kissed me on the lips. It wasn't violent or anything, he just held me there for a few seconds. I yelled at him and asked why he had done that and he said,"because I'll never see you again". You don't even know how many times he's said that. What do I do with this guy? He seems genuinely confused, but I do know, that among his many traits, he is very manipulative. He even brags about it. I'm thinking of telling him that if he ever tries to talk to me again, I'll tell his girlfriend what he did...or something. I do still love him and he knows that. Right now the gas prices go up and by the information provided in catalogs a4 gives more mpg than g35 (by 2-4mpg more). But then again g35 (my first on the buy list) looks amazing and feels amazing, a4 is not bad either. Both cars are good in my opinion. Which would be less of a hle to repair if something wrong and which one is more durable? I'm aming for 2005 infiniti g35 or 2005+ audi a4 (love the enourmous grill). Mechanic wrapped a piece of cloth around muffler to fix it, now he won't answer?

My brother bought an infiniti the other day and paid $245 to have the muffler fixed. He took it to a Mexican shop and mechanic had the car for a few days and my brother (who doesn't know a thing about cars) picked it up and took it home however, the car is still having the same problem and upon second inspection by my boyfriend, all the mechanic seems to have done is wrap a piece of cloth around the broken muffler and secured a ring to keep the cloth in place. 2005 infiniti coupe stock alarm randomly goes off. Is there a way to deactivate it?

It appears that one of the brackets on the hood is bent and this is the cause of my alarm going off every few hours. I looked in the drivers manual and it has nothing on deactivating the car alarm. Can I deactivate the alarm by locking the car with only the key or from locking it from the inside? Also, I have read something about turning down the sensitivity on the car alarm under the hood, but I thought this was only possible on custom alarms. Anything would be useful because my neighbors are starting to become hateful. If it comes down to it, I will just leave this 40,000 car unlocked, but I will not be happy about it.

Alright. So im 18 years old and have been playing guitar for 6 years. Before that I played violin which I had been doing since I was 3 years old. Music is my pion and it has been for a long time, it is the reason I get up in the morning. All I ever think about is writing new songs and how I can incorporate interesting themes and ideas into my songs. I have a pretty experienced musical taste ranging in anything from Ravi Shankar to Kid Cudi but my favorite artist is Bob Dylan. I have been having this confidence issue though, mainly because I have never been in a (real) band. This is due to the lack of anything but metal musicians in my town(not to mention the fact that I am extremely introverted person), it just seems that no one has any interest in branching out from chugging and screaming. I have nothing against metal music it's just that I feel it is very frustrating to just limit myself to what everyone else has asked me to do. My big thing is experimenting. I had originally planned on going to Berkley School of Music but my parents didn't want to pay for any schooling that could lead to nothing in the future. Instead, now I am going to my parents alma mater and i'm not even sure college is for me anymore. I am quite adept at playing guitar, singing, and writing my own music but I have almost no performance experience. I also am not sure how to tell my parents that I don't really want to go to college anymore. I'm just so confused right now and I need some advice.

I've been driving my leased Nissan Altima for 7 months now and have 32 months remaining on the lease at 220 a month. I honestly must say that I really dislike this car and would want to get a new car.
