Guys help! Mixed signals!?

we hang out every other weeekend (because of my job...but in between that time we don't hang out or really even talk...maybe a text here or there from him to see if were going to hang out but no phone calls nothing... He lives right by me too! Maybe 20 minutes by car...he wants to see me regularly but not often..what is this?? We met at the end of march n started hanging out at the end of april...does he like me? He hangs out with me saturday nights so it's not like it's a random weeknight n refuses to see me on the weekend...can someone plzzz gimme some insight? We both know we like each other..its been said so it's not like he's trying to hide it..what are some reasons he's actin this way?
