Question for infiniti owners...?

I have a 2010 g37 coupe and my oil maintenance advisery came on. I have 3755 miles on it so its my first oil change. I made an appoint at my dealer for tues but it is sat. Will driving my car till then cause any harm? Tuesday was the earliest they can service my car..
