How do I convince my dad to let me have a different car?

Show him you can take care of the one you have. You are awful young to be so picky about your car, lots of kids your age ride bikes, and the school bus, be thankful for what you have and be responsibile about it. Imagine when you go off to college and that ol beemer is still running and hasn't been wrecked..........you Dad will be proud of you, and thats the best thing a Son can give a Father, pride in his Son, an this is just a car!.
