Camera advice for a teen very interested in photography?

I'm a teenager who has owned many cameras over the years, I've always been interested in photography and I'm looking to invest in a new camera . Like most people my age, I'm on a budget and hope to spend no more than �160. Could anyone recommend a good camera that is over 10 mega-pixel and takes nice quality photos ? I mainly take pictures of people, if that helps? Thank you, all recommendations appreciated !
