Can my camera be used as a webcam?

I have a Sony Cyber-Shot 10.1 Mega Pixels. Now i have the USB cable & the other three colored cords. Ive read online that there should be an 'Active Video Plug-In' on my computer to use my camera as a webcam. But where is it? Are there any other ways to use my camera as a webcam? Easy word instructions please haha
