How much should i expect to pay for a 2011 Infiniti G37?

I am looking at buying a brand new Infinity G37 coupe' base model, no real add on features. The MSRP with destination charge says $38,225 on their site but how much should i expect to really pay for it? My credit is impeccable and if i needed I could pay cash as i have that in the bank. Also I will have a 2003 Mazda 6 4 cylinder in good condition but with about 90k miles that i will be getting rid of (trade in or private sale). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
