My friend is extremley full of herself pre warning this may be long.....?

i have have this really good friend shes a lot of fun to hang out with and most of the time fairly nice.but she is soo full of her self its sickening! she thinks every guy who says hi to her likes her ( not kidding) she is always bugging me and my friends pretty much saying we are fat when we are far from it just because we're not a toothpick like her. and when ever i tell her a funny story about a time when a guy was hitting on me she either a) says he was drunk when she wasnt even there or B)Gets jelous and mopes.it may sound like she is doing this intentionally but its like she doesnt know she is doing it. there is so much more i want to say because im so sick of her doing this! and trust me there is SOOO much more to say but i dont want to waste your time. so what do you think i should do i dont want to ditch her and i dont want to be a mega ***** because i dont think she realises she is doing it so ya what should i do? please if your just going to say something rude,stupid or is just going to tell me to ditch her or be a ***** back, go away :)
