Should i buy this camera?

Fujifilm FinePix XP10 , on sale at k mart for 90 dollers. but alot of reviews say that it breaks, but its only 90 bucks. or should i buy the new Fujifilm FinePix XP20 for 200 ? its 14 mega pixels, were the Fujifilm FinePix XP10 is 12, but its 90 dollers! is it worth it ? have you had one that broke ? its a water proof camera, which is what i want it for mainly.
